- bought from his first property deal.

any huge effort, no getting your hands dirty, no need for risk marketing like other business enterprises do and no need to
wait many years before you see a return in your investment. Plus, no office required, no early morning starts, no boss breathing
down your neck and no worries about redundancies. The reason most people reject property development is because they think they can’t do it!
